The National Health Fellows program, co-designed by McMaster University’s world leading Faculty of Health Sciences and Faculty of Management, is a truly transformative experience – a nominated cohort of Canadian health leaders working together to address complex health system challenges.
Completing the Innovation Impact: Skills self-assessment, participating in a 75-min workshop, and 1:1 coaching, gives these leaders insight into their own strengths and growth areas across the five critical innovation skills and underlying behaviours.
