The National Health Fellows program, co-designed by McMaster University’s world leading Faculty of Health Sciences and Faculty of Management, is a truly transformative experience – a nominated cohort of Canadian health leaders working together to address complex health system challenges.
Completing the Innovation Impact: Skills self-assessment, participating in a 75-min workshop, and 1:1 coaching, gives these leaders insight into their own strengths and growth areas across the five critical innovation skills and underlying behaviours.

“With the assessment we are able to deliver a more impactful leadership development experience for our participants by helping them self-reflect on the behaviours they need to be sharp on in order to thrive in these times of change.”
Dr. Michael Hartmann, Principal of The Directors College, Co-Director of the Health Leadership Academy, McMaster University
