It depends on your most pressing question. They range from a half day to two days, depending on the workshop and your goals. Each one can be run in person or virtually.
They are designed for executive and leadership teams, innovation and transformation teams, product, service and customer experience teams, and digital and technology leaders. You do not need technical AI skills to take part. The focus is on decisions, judgement and ways of working, and we bring the practical AI tools and demonstrations.
Practical outputs you can act on straight away: a prioritised set of AI opportunities and an implementation roadmap, solution concepts and rapid prototypes, or an adoption roadmap and leadership action plan, depending on the workshop.
Workshops usually run with 8 to 30 participants, so a whole leadership or project team can take part together and leave with shared understanding.
