Our Facilitation Mastery session trains you to effectively facilitate design thinking and innovation activities with internal and customer teams. It covers both method-specific facilitation techniques (problem framing, empathy mapping, brainstorming, etc) as well as tips for creating the right kind of space, atmosphere and conditions for success with teams.
After the session, every participant receives a deck of the “Making it Easy” Facilitation cards developed by Treehouse. The cards are grouped according to the following phases:
Problem framing (solving the right problem)
Divergence (methods for creating options)
Convergence (methods for making choices)
Commitment (moving from decision to action)
