The National Health Fellows program, co-designed by McMaster University’s world leading Faculty of Health Sciences and Faculty of Management, is a truly transformative experience – a nominated cohort of Canadian health leaders working together to address complex health system challenges.
Completing the Innovation Impact: Skills self-assessment, participating in a 75-min workshop, and 1:1 coaching, gives these leaders insight into their own strengths and growth areas across the five critical innovation skills and underlying behaviours.

“With the assessment we are able to deliver a more impactful leadership development experience for our participants by helping them self-reflect on the behaviours they need to be sharp on in order to thrive in these times of change.”
Dr. Michael Hartmann, Principal of The Directors College, Co-Director of the Health Leadership Academy, McMaster University
Global law firm DLA Piper saw an opportunity not only to address these challenges head on, but to capitalise on them to build stronger and more innovative client relationships. The result is an organization-wide Radical Change programme.
